Job Description : SALES HEAD FOR RETAIL SHOPS SIERRA LEONE to lead the sales strategy and performance of our shops. This is a critical leadership role that requires someone who is hands-on, strategic, and obsessed with performance. The ideal candidate is a rockstar sales leader who will ensure every shop is hitting (and exceeding) its targets, diagnose and fix underperformance, and push the brand to become a market leader nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to grow revenue across all shops. Set and drive ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across all locations. Performance Management Identify underperforming shops and implement turnaround strategies. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews. Work closely with shop managers to train and motivate staff to peak performance. Market Domination Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and promotions. Launch initiatives that increase brand visibility and market share. Build partnerships and outreach strategies that position us as the go-to brand in food commodities. Team Management & Training Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team to maintain a high-performance culture. Deliver training programs and workshops to strengthen front-line sales effectiveness. Reporting & Analysis Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement sales improvements.
