Job Description : INDUSTRIAL PROJECT DIRECTOR FRENCH WEST AFRICA Location : West Africa ROLES: The Industrial Projects Director will ensure the effective management and successful execution of industrial projects within the complex (new production lines, expansion, technical upgrades, equipment modernization, regulatory compliance), while overseeing budget control, timeline adherence, technical quality, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders. Develop technical specifications in collaboration with industrial and functional teams. Plan all project phases rigorously; execute and supervise projects (studies, tenders, contractor coordination, site supervision, provisional and final acceptance). Establish and monitor CAPEX budgets for industrial projects in coordination with the Industrial Complex Management and the Finance & Accounting Department. Ensure project compliance with current regulations (safety, hygiene, environment, classified installations, urban planning, etc.). Integrate QHSE requirements from the design phase and monitor their implementation. REQUIRED SKILLS: Qualification: Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, civil engineering, or equivalent); project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, MS Project) are a plus. Experience: 18 years in industrial project management, ideally in the agri-food or FMCG sector. Previous experience in a project management consultancy or design office is a strong advantage. Knowledge: Good understanding of industrial and regulatory context. Languages: Bilingual – English and French (fully proficient: reading, speaking, writing).
