Strategic Finance Leadership • Drive financial strategy, business planning, and performance optimization • Collaborate with global leadership on growth, M&A, and long-term planning ? Financial Management & Operations • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, taxation, reporting, & MIS • Lead treasury and commercial finance functions to ensure fiscal stability ? Governance, Risk & Compliance • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with local/global standards • Lead cost restructuring, efficiency drives, and working capital optimization ? Fundraising & Stakeholder Engagement • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies • Advise on funding strategies and support capital-raising initiatives ? Digitization & Transformation • Champion automation and ERP modernization across finance functions • Drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency ?
