Job Summary: The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization across all business units. The role includes strategic financial planning, budget management, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: ??•??Oversee preparation and consolidation of group financial statements. ??•??Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals. ??•??Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes. ??•??Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements. ??•??Implement internal controls and financial policies. ??•??Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. ??•??Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making. ??•??Supervise finance teams across business units. ??•??Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure. ??•??Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
