Job Description : FLEET MANAGER EAST AFRICA Fleet Manager-East Africa Location : East Africa Role: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our fleet of 30+ trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal fleet performance, cost efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of safety and service delivery. Key responsibilities : Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and routing of trucks for timely deliveries. Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies and delivery timelines. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Coordinate with garages or in-house mechanics for timely repairs and servicing. Keep maintenance records for audits and efficiency analysis. Ensure all trucks and drivers comply with government regulations, including licensing, roadworthiness, and safety checks. Maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, inspection reports)
