Oversee overall company performance, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and compliance with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead capital allocation and guide major investment decisions. Identify and pursue new real estate projects, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. Champion innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, and public forums. Work closely with the COO and executive leadership team to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
