Branch Manager

Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER YAOUNDE CAMEROON Position : Branch Manager Location : Yaounde, Cameroon Job Description : Asset Management and Representation: • Officially represent the Branch and the Group with public administrations, partners and clients in the assigned geographical area, in coordination with local and head office teams. • Supervise general resources (offices, stores, vehicles, all equipment) ensuring their good condition, availability and optimal use. • Identify operational needs and ensure they are met in collaboration with specialist teams at headquarters. Regulatory and legal compliance: • Ensure the tax, social and environmental compliance of the Branch and the Group, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. • Oversee the management of legal registers and documents (licenses, authorizations, insurance), ensuring their updating and accessibility. • Manage administrative, legal and asset files, while preserving the interests of the Branch and the Group. • Manage the processing of administrative and tax disputes in coordination with the Legal Department, favoring amicable solutions. • Monitor compliance of operations with customs, tax and environmental obligations, and initiate necessary corrective actions. Team Management and Coordination: • Generally supervise the Branch's commercial, legal and administrative teams. • Actively support the Regional Sales Manager and operational teams in achieving commercial objectives. • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure, in agreement with General Management, the availability of stocks required to achieve sales targets. • Provide training, supervision and motivation to employees. • Conduct periodic meetings for performance monitoring and problem resolution. Cash management: • Establish the local cash budget dedicated to minor expenses, in accordance with the strategic guidelines defined by the General Management, and ensure its validation by the hierarchy. • Oversee the management and execution of local treasury, ensuring transparency and compliance of operations
