Work directly with the Group MD to lead and execute the Group’s digital roadmap — from ERP rollouts and automation to building an in-house innovation and software team. Evaluate and deploy technologies suited to diverse markets, drive adoption of paperless processes, set up scalable system architecture, and champion innovation across group companies. ????
