Job Description : Plant Head – Liquor Manufacturing Location: Luanda, Angola Role Summary: The Plant Head will lead and oversee all operations of the liquor manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and achievement of business objectives. The role includes managing production, maintenance, quality control, supply chain, safety, and personnel while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization. Implement best practices in production processes, maintenance, and quality systems. Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and senior management for production planning and inventory management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with excise laws, environmental, health, and safety regulations. Prepare and present operational reports to management. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 17+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a liquor, brewery, or spirits plant. Strong knowledge of distillation, blending, bottling, and packaging processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
