Job Description : Unit head sugar and distillery plant Poland Open to International candidates Candidate should have experience as unit head,Production,Distillery - Lead the end-to-end execution of a 250 KLPD Greenfield Ethanol Project, including planning, technology selection, implementation, and commissioning delivered on time and within budget. - Ensured complete regulatory compliance by managing all statutory requirements and approvals. - Drive the selection of advanced technologies and plant machinery procurement with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Lead and manage the distillation process from raw materials sourcing to finished product. - Develop and implement innovative production techniques to enhance product quality and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the distillation process. - Manage and mentor a team of distillers, providing training and support for skill development. - Oversee inventory management and ensure a consistent supply of raw materials. - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. - Represent the distillery at events, trade shows, and tastings, promoting our brand and products.
