This leader will be a transformational, dynamic HR leader who has demonstrated working within structured, processed highly fast paced environments that require true transformations (not just spoken ideas). Firmly adaptable to digital interactions and formulating L&D and career enhancing programmes working within pressured timeframes from shareholders. Must have GCC exposure: Must have worked within one of the largest recognised consumer or food manufacturing giants leading manufacturing plants specifically. Must have led a 2000 + workforce Must have managed $2BN+ operation Will have been in their last role 3+ years and designed, led, executed and delivered a full transformation programme.
