Job Description : INTERNATIONAL EXPORT COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR Role is open to multi lingual candidates This strategic position will report directly to General Management and will have the main mission of driving business development, leading the sales team, and consolidating key relationships with high-value industrial clients. Main duties: * Define and implement the commercial plan, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. * Lead the sales team, setting objectives, assisting in key negotiations, and fostering team development. * Identify and capture new business opportunities in industrial sectors, both domestically and internationally. * Strengthen the existing client portfolio and ensure long-lasting business relationships. * Coordinate technical marketing efforts and presence at international trade fairs. * Work transversally with the technical team to adapt solutions to client needs. * Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to anticipate opportunities and threats. Requirements: Technical training (preferably Engineering), with additional training in commercial management or MBA being valued. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles within the industrial sector, ideally in capital goods or complex technical solutions. Experience leading teams and managing strategic accounts in a B2B environment. A high level of English is essential; other languages ??such as French or German will be an asset. Profile with strategic vision, strong results orientation and leadership skills.
