Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER SPAIN Open to International candidates This position combines experience in CRM systems, Power BI analytics, and data infrastructure with strong project management skills. The main functions will be the following: Coordination of interdepartmental projects to improve the company's operational performance, from origination and planning to execution. Mapping, documentation, and optimization of key workflows across all business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and implementing tools to ensure project alignment. Active participation in business expansion and development projects Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure compliance with business plans Managing the organization and optimizing CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and facilitate decision-making Collaboration with various managers and functional directors to design and implement trackers and dashboards to monitor the pipeline and expansion initiatives from the sales department. Creation of a reporting system that provides access to commercial and business activities (mainly KPIs, timings, scope of each project, risk analysis). Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analysis or similar Minimum of 15 years' experience in project management and/or operations Experience in sales operations & industry High level of English
