Job Description : MICE DIRECTOR SPAIN Open to bi lingual candidates worldwide We are recruiting for a MICE & Events Director for a large hotel chain undergoing a strategic renovation. The position is based in Gran Canaria, one of the most powerful tourist destinations in the country, with a national and international focus. Responsibilities: Remodel and lead the MICE & Events area, successfully merging corporate events (incentives, conventions) with social events (weddings, baptisms, communions). Create and run astrategic plan for repositioning the area. Promote business development with key accounts in sectors such ashealthcare, automotive and mass consumption. Represent the chain at national and international fairs and forums. Manage and motivate the events team. Ensure operational excellence, the profitability of each event, and the customer experience. Profile we are looking for: Minimum experience of12 yearsin similar positions in hotels or event agencies. Experience in both corporate and social events. Ability to lead strategic teams and projects. High commercial orientation, communication skills and business vision.
