Job Description : ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE DIRECTOR THAILAND This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong manufacturing expertise and the flexibility to visit upcountry plants regularly. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a centralized shared service finance team across multiple entities. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and funding strategies to support business growth. Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with plant management through regular upcountry site visits to ensure operational alignment. Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives across finance functions. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or CPA preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven background in the manufacturing industry and shared service operations. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills. Willingness to travel to upcountry plant locations as part of the role.
