Job Description : VP ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE THAILAND This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader with strong regulatory knowledge and hands-on experience in managing financial operations for a listed company. Job Description Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with Thai GAAP, IFRS, SET, and SEC regulations. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions. Manage cash flow, working capital, funding, and investor relations, including communication with banks and external stakeholders. Supervise month-end and year-end closings, tax planning, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and governance. Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization, cost control, and team capability development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Master’s degree is a strong advantage. Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing or publicly listed company. In-depth knowledge of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements under the SEC and SET. Proven ability to manage funding, financial risk, budgeting, and strategic planning at a corporate level. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and business-oriented mindset.
