Job Description : Business Head – Inverter & Battery Department: Energy Solutions / Power Products Experience: 12+ years (at least 5 years in a leadership role in the inverter & battery industry) Role Summary The Business Head – Inverter & Battery will be responsible for driving strategic growth, market expansion, P&L, business development, and profitability for the inverter and battery division. This includes overseeing product development, sales, marketing, operations, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, a strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to build market leadership. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of inverter, battery (lead-acid & lithium-ion), and energy storage solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive innovation and manage technical collaborations. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). MBA from Top B College
