Job Description : Commercial Head ( Cluster Head Role) LOcation - Saudi Qualification - Qualified CA Reporting to - Country Head /Commercial Head Experience: · 16-25 years experience in managing site commercial activities for large commercial projects in Infrastructure industry · Experience of International project sites will be an advantage Competency: · Strategic thinking · Decision making and team management · Commercial acumen · Excellent communication skill written and spoken Area of responsibilities: 1. Maintain & scrutinize Site accounts 2. Handle banking function 3. Finalize monthly accounts 4. Fund management 5. Supervise Accounts payable 6. Finalize Billing & submit bills to client 7. Follow up with client for collection 8. MIS-Physical, Revenue, Margin, Overhead, Receivables, Payables, Fund flow etc. 9. Variance analysis 10. AOP-Quarterly/Annually 11. CTC statement 12. Provide details for quarterly & annual audit to local /statutory auditor 13. Control over assets / stores / cash of the company 14. Supervise physical verification of stores/assets 15. Compliance with local tax & commercial laws 16. Handle tax assessment 17. Liaison with local consultants, auditors etc.1 8. Manage and supervise store activities 19. Sub-contractor management 20. Logistics-Custom clearance, local transportation etc. 21. Handle legal issues & regulatory issues at site 22. Handle site admin and HR function 23. Handle Payroll function 24. Provide inputs for new tender
