Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT HEAD NIGERIA . Total business is about 500 Million USD and they have processing facilities as well as sales function. They sell Rice, Oil, Wheat flour, sugar etc - The BU manager will play a private role by overseeing product design from the product line. - Additionally, he will be responsible for achieving product, sales and profit targets, which are crucial for their business growth. - Another significant aspect of the role involves organizing and coordinating role, material procurement plans, production, plans, and shipping plans to ensure smooth operations. - The BU manager will follow up on production related quality issues, ensuring that their products maintain the highest standards. - He will also handle other coordination tasks related to the product lines in consumer packs. - Supports the sales leader/management team in the development of the sales objectives and growth strategies for new and existing products. - Drive and implement channel partner strategy, program to ensure channel is aligned to the company strategy - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence, and increase market share by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.
