Security Head

Job Description : HEAD OF SECURITY NORTH AFRICA FOR FERTILIZER CO 15-20 years experience Ex service man only • Responsible for smooth functioning of the security department to provide security cover for personnel and assets. • Carry out manpower planning for security personnel and maintain vigilance across the premisses and over the movement of employees, visitors, contract labours, truck tanker drivers-cleaners and truck loaders (control the vehicle movement in plant area as per Ammonium Nitrate (AN) Rules). • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of security automation equipment in good working condition. • Proactively assess the security threats from time to time and accordingly plan and implement suitable mitigation measures to ensure robust security. • Ensure implementation, documentation and create awareness of AN Rules, related to security management, for all the concerned stakeholders and the security staff. • Carry out liaison with the local authorities and administration officials including police department/GIDC/RTO Authority and local village panchayat. • Review the security and transport requirements and suggest and implement improvements for the betterment of security and transport services with minimum cost. • Prepare & review the budget relevant to the security department (Capex and Opex) and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. • Ensure the timely submission of all reports and returns on a regular basis. ????????????????????????????????????????????????: Best in the industry - will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
