Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER GCC The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial strategy of the organization to drive business growth and profitability. This senior executive will oversee all commercial functions including business development, contract management, client relationships, tendering, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives. Lead all commercial activities, including pricing, risk assessment, bid preparation, and contract negotiations. Identify new business opportunities and lead key client relationships and partnerships. Oversee the commercial performance of ongoing projects, ensuring profitability and compliance. Work closely with the project, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure contracts are executed effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions. Represent the company at high-level industry events and client meetings. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 15+ years in senior commercial roles within top-tier civil construction contracting companies. Industry Background: Civil construction only Buildings, High-Rise Towers, Hotels, Palaces, Resorts, and Villas. Proven track record in driving commercial growth, winning large-scale civil construction contracts, and managing P&L. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Qatar and broader GCC construction market dynamics is a plus.
