Job Description : inance Head Location: Dubai Gender Preference: Male Age Requirement: 30–40 years Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in corporate finance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in financial planning, reporting, and treasury operations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 8-10 finance professionals across various functions. • Review monthly management accounts across multiple entities/countries. • Ensure accurate consolidation of financials and group-level reporting. • Oversee cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting. • Manage financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communication. • Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations. • Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, ratios, and costing. • Lead consolidation audits and ensure their timely completion. Key Skills & Requirements: • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA). • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years, with at least 7 years in a corporate setup (excluding banking), and prior experience in a senior finance leadership role. • Industry Background: Corporate sector experience; preference for candidates with a background in industries outside the banking sector. • Technical Expertise: ? Proficiency in Tally, ODDO, and advanced Microsoft Excel. ? Hands-on experience in cash flow planning and cost management accounting (CMA). ? Expertise in financial ratios, costing, and accounting principles. ? Experience in consolidation audits. • Strong leadership qualities and team management skills. • Ability to drive team performance, ensuring timely completion
