Procurement Manager

Job Description : Procurement Manager- FMCG - Dubai???? Our client a leading name in the food manufacturing industry are looking to bring on board a procurement manager to join their team in Dubai. What You'll Do: -Lead direct procurement of raw materials and ingredients across multiple SKUs Collaborate closely with the NPD (New Product Development) team to source new ingredients and support innovation. -Manage procurement of volatile commodities, including price hedging and contract negotiation. -Build strong vendor relationships and ensure optimal cost, quality, and supply continuity. -Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA, finance, and supply chain teams. What We're Looking For: ? Proven experience in food/FMCG manufacturing setup ? Expertise in managing a wide SKU portfolio and complex ingredient sourcing ? Solid understanding of commodity markets and hedging practices ? Demonstrated experience working with NPD teams ? Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
