Job Description : Operational Excellence Manager – Food Manufacturing Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Chronicle is recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company in KSA. Key Responsibilities: • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the factory • Drive operational efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools • Identify gaps, analyze performance data, and recommend solutions • Partner with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to enhance processes • Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable impact on cost, quality, and efficiency Candidate Profile: • 8+ years of experience in operational excellence or industrial engineering within food/FMCG manufacturing • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus) • Proven track record of implementing CI frameworks in production environments • Data-driven mindset and hands-on factory experience • Strong communication and leadership skills • English fluency required; Arabic is a plus • Based in KSA or open to relocation
