Chief Financial officer

Job Description : CFO UK Indian company supporting relocation and is involved in industrial practises We are looking for a strategic, board-ready CFO with a strong track record in corporate finance, risk management, investor relations, and financial leadership, especially in Indian listed companies managing project-based businesses (real estate/infrastructure/EPC). This is a high-impact, business-critical leadership opportunity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead corporate finance, including capital raising & debt/equity optimization - Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & MIS - Own enterprise risk management, taxation & compliance - Oversee audits, disclosures, investor communication & statutory reporting - Advise CEO & Board on financial direction & investment strategy - Lead investor relations & represent company in analyst calls - Build & lead a high-performing finance team Eligibility & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory - MBA in Finance (Tier 1 preferred) Desirable - 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience - Experience as CFO or Finance Head in an Indian listed company Mandatory - Domain exposure to real estate, EPC, or infrastructure is advantageous - Strong skills in analytics, conflict management & board communication
