Job Description : Project Business QATAR Oil & Gas Operator in Qatar is hiring for oject Business Division Manag for major projects group on 36 months contract to be based in Qatar. Job Purpose Manage the business function within Major Projects and responsible for the portfolio of projects supporting the timely execution of key business activities, and ensuring all projects are compliant with Company processes and are delivered to the highest standard. The role serves as a liaison between Major Project Teams and internal and external stakeholders leading a multi-disciplined team responsible for supporting the business functions of the Major Projects including accounting, project controls, procurement (including capital spares and contracting) and compliance with Company's Project Management System. Job holder provide visible safety leadership through active participation in Company Safety Programs and to provide leadership for group objectives, work processes, and procedures within Major Projects. Qualifications • Bachelors' Degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. • 15 years' of experience in Oil & Gas Industry particularly within a project execution related environment with exposure to FEED and EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors. • 5 years' experience in supervisory role within a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team. • Strong leadership skills with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. • Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English. • Advanced computer literacy.
