Job Description : Plant Head to lead our client's Dubai facility, overseeing global manufacturing operations. The Plant Head will provide strategic oversight to global factories and lead operational success in Dubai, as well as across multiple global factory locations. We are seeking a seasoned plastic injection molding expert with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience, focused on cost control, efficiency, and creating a positive work environment. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, innovation, and seamless cross-departmental coordination. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
