Finance Head

Job Description : Head of Finance – Manufacturing | Dubai leading UAE-based manufacturing company, part of a well-established and diversified holding group, in their search for a seasoned Head of Finance to join their leadership team. This is a direct hire mandate and part of a strategic transformation to further enhance financial governance, control, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial leadership across planning, compliance, controls, and reporting in line with IFRS and UAE regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Ensure full IFRS compliance and adherence to UAE tax/VAT regulations Manage working capital, cash flow, and CAPEX initiatives Deliver accurate financial reporting and statutory accounts Oversee external audits and drive internal control improvements Act as a strategic finance advisor to senior leadership Build and lead a high-performing finance team Support ERP system optimisation and financial systems integration The ideal candidate would have the below: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred Chartered Accountant (CA mandatory); CPA/CMA/ACCA advantageous 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles Experience within industrial manufacturing sectors preferred Proven expertise in financial compliance, treasury, internal controls, and ERP systems Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication
