Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER FRENCH WEST AFRICA • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to oversee our operations in French west African countries • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned region. • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Develop and manage the country P&L, ensuring prudent financial management and allocation of resources. • Provide effective leadership to the local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies. and ethical standards • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on kHey dmeuics. challenges. and opponunities. Reporting to FWA • Fiuent in French Language Experience • 10-12 years' experience of which 1-3 years in French West Africa . B Pharm/ BSc.
