Lead plant operations, production planning, and supply chain across sites ?? Drive operational efficiency, automation, and lean initiatives ?? Develop systems and teams for scalable, process-driven growth ?? Lead strategic initiatives aligned with long-term business goals ?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build a performance-driven culture Ideal Background: ?? 15 to 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations ?? Prior leadership in plastics, building materials, chemicals, or allied sectors ?? Exposure to promoter-led or mid-sized companies with multi-plant operations ?? Strong track record in P&L ownership, cost optimization, and team development ?? Experience in scaling operations, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
