Job Description : Head of Integrated Business Planning. This is a newly created leadership role, reporting to the COO, designed to embed IBP practices that will elevate alignment, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making across the value chain. ???? Key focus areas include: – Leading the monthly IBP cycle and governance. – Driving tactical planning and strategic planning. – Collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply, Finance & Operations teams. – Championing visibility, accountability, and long-range thinking.
