Job Description : GM GCC An established and rapidly growing automotive company in the GCC is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and highly experienced General Manager to lead its Sales & operations. ???? Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry • MUST have prior experience in the GCC • MUST have direct experience dealing with vehicle manufacturers (ordering, relationship management, etc.) • Strong background in sales operations and aftersales is highly desirable • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-brand operations • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
