Job Description : HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DUBAI A Dubai-based FMCG company with a global presence, offering a diverse portfolio of high-quality consumer products. Your Role: you will be responsible to drive sales and distribution goals in the Modern Trade channel in both volume and profit objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Also, identify new business opportunities and create innovative solutions to increase sales and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of promotions, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with trade terms, promotions, and product availability. Must-Have: 10+ years of experience in sales in modern trade channels in the FMCG industry preferably with commodities. Strong understanding of the modern trade landscape in UAE. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
