Job Description : Head-Projects-Chemicals/Petrochemicals Corporate Role The Organisation is Engaged in the Manufacturing of Specialty Petrochemical Intermediates, Value-Added Industrial Chemicals, & Performance Additives Serving Multiple Sectors Including Automotive, Plastics, lubricants, Agrochemicals. With a Focus on Import Substitution, Sustainability, & Make in India Initiatives, Embarking on a Significant Expansion Across Key Industrial Belts in India. Role looking for a Strategic & Execution-Oriented Project Head to lead the Development & Delivery of Our Upcoming Manufacturing Facilities & Infrastructure Projects. This is a leadership Role to Manage All Phases of Project Development from Site Acquisition & Design to Plant Commissioning & Handover The Candidate Would also Oversee Future Facilities Planned at Silvassa & Other industrial Corridors, Including Specialized Infrastructure for Petrochemical Product lines & Select Projects for the Group Company Responsibilities: Plan & lead the Setup Petrochemical Plants, Ensuring Compliance with Technical, Environmental, & Regulatory Norms. End-to-end Management of Greenfield & Brownfield Project Execution: Budgeting, Scheduling, Contractor Selection, Procurement, Construction, Utilities, EHS, & Commissioning. Work Closely With Product R&D & Process Engineering Teams to Align Project Infrastructure with Specialty Chemicals Production Requirements. Supervise Site Development, Including layout Planning for Process Blocks, Utilities, Tank Farms, Storage Areas, & Effluent Treatment Systems. Engage with EPCM Consultants, Vendors, OEMs, Civil Contractors, & licensing Authorities. Monitor Project KPIs Such As Cost Control, Critical Path (CPM), & Progress Milestones. Prepare Technical & Commercial Reports for Management & Board-level Reviews. Ensure Seamless Integration of Utility Systems (Boilers, Chillers, Water Treatment, Flare Systems) & Adherence to Petrochemical Safety Standards. Qualification & Exp. B.Tech
