Job Description : CEO VIETNAM A global manufacturing is seeking for talented CEO to join the team. You’ll be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence, commercial growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L accountability and the autonomy to shape strategy, improve processes, and build a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and leading market expansion initiatives throughout Vietnam and the broader region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive who thrives in multicultural environments and is passionate about shaping the future of manufacturing. * Lead all aspects of operations, sales, marketing and finance * Drive strategic business development and market expansion initiatives within Vietnam and the region, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Foster a high-performance culture by coaching multicultural teams, promoting professional development, and ensuring alignment with global best practices. What you'll do: Lead the organisation's activities across the region. Set strategic directions for manufacturing site, ensuring high-quality standards. Drive operational improvements using lean methodologies. Foster professional development and support multicultural teams. Identify and pursue business growth opportunities in Vietnam and the region. Manage budgets meticulously to achieve sustainable profitability. Align global strategies with regional needs through collaboration with local and international teams. Build trust-based relationships with clients and partners. Expand footprint of the organization in the area What you wil bring: Possess a unique blend international and local Vietnamese knowledge and experience, facilitating cultural bridging. Extensive senior leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production and sales strategy. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of leadership experience in the industry Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, financial management, market expansion track record. Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.
