Job Description : Finance Head ???? Location: Cameroon, Central Africa Are you a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in multi-sector financial operations and regional experience in Cameroon or Francophone Africa? We are looking for a Finance Head to join our dynamic team and drive strategic financial management across our growing operations. ? What We’re Looking For: ???? CA / CPA / MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance role (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller) ???? Experience in Cameroon and/or Francophone Africa ???? Deep knowledge of OHADA standards ???? Proficient in Odoo ERP, Advanced Excel, and Power BI ???? Fluent in English (French fluency is a strong advantage) ???? Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and multi-entity finance management experience ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting across multiple entities ? Ensure compliance with OHADA accounting standards ? Leverage Odoo ERP and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for process automation and data insights ? Manage export/import documentation, trade finance, and logistics compliance ? Lead and mentor cross-functional finance teams ? Preferred Skills: ???? Familiarity with African supply chain and investment regulations ???? Experience in trade finance and logistics documentation ???? Strong grasp of MS Office and Odoo ERP
