Qualifications: Extensive experience in managing large-scale retail or hospitality operations, including multi-site oversight. Proven ability to coach managers and develop internal talent pipelines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English. Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
