Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER DRC 8+ years experience Candidate must be from Mining / Construction / Big Manufacturing Background and African Work Experience is MUST Age note more than 40 Years • at least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in PNL Management, Balance Sheet, Costing and Treasury functions. - Company Business in Fleet Management - Needs to understand about Heavy Equipments, Commercial Vehicles and other mining fleet used for mining • Managing efficient cost structure and optimizing costs at all times • Preparation and timely submission of Management Information System (MIS), review and improve MIS including consolidated financials. • Responsible for Accounting systems, Treasury management and cash flow planning • Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits • Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment • Preparation and submission of monthly financial statements • Review of operations, controls in supply chain, efficiency of operations, • Controlling and monitoring all financial assets and liabilities • Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting CTC Net Saving + Bachelor Facility (Accommodation + Food + Transportation) + Yearly Vacation.
