Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER SENEGAL Job Summary/Introduction High quality gas and diesel generators, industrial chillers, cooling towers and air conditioning units distributor. • Direct and manage project starting from award of contract up to its online date. • Define and develop project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with all relevant central and area departments/businesses. • Manage project mobilisation and demobilisation, according to the defined complexity. • Act as a single point of contact for the life of the project and continually manage project expectations by effectively timely and clearly communicate project expectations to all relevant stakeholders. • Implements and manages all project meetings. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential project issues & crisis and devise mitigation or contingency plans in coordination with relevant department involve. • Effectively handover project upon completion and ensure all relevant project information are available & communicated to area operation manager or area operation director. • Conduct project post report and create recommendation in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and project department personnel and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned task. • Display a commitment to operational excellence activities. • The Group place a strong emphasis on health, operational safety and environmental protection. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Group Health, Safety & Environmental policies, operating procedures and compliance to local legislation. • Bachelor’s university degree or higher • Certification in any project management course • Strong familiarity with any relevant project management software & tools. • Ability to bring project to successful completion. • Ability to manage multiple projects is a must. • Ability to motivate, lead and drive for results. • Fluency in Portuguese & Spanish would be highly advantageous the role. 15+ years experience
