Job Description : Operations Head- Near Ahmedabad Electrical Power Products Mfg Co. Job Profile Formulate monthly plan in line with the SBU plan Monitoring & controlling Inventory within limit. Decide purchasing strategy to control inventory. Adopting operational excellence processes for getting higher productivity, better quality & lower cost. By Ensuring- Meeting Production & revenue targets as per Monthly / Yearly plan Proper coordination in plant in order to achieve the annual target. Discipline in shop as per company rule including 5S, HK etc. All mfg expenses & material cost are within budget Safe health and safety practices Optimum utilization of resources available. Innovation of new methods & Equipment’s to facilitate smooth production & productivity. Plan capital budget & provide support for sales budget On Time delivery & Quality to customers. Legal compliance for local statutory bodies Process Engg, Vendor development, Plant Up gradation & application Engg support for Indian & overseas customers New methods & standardization of all the key processes in mfg. Candidate- BE / B. Tech./ Diploma-Electrical /Mechanical with 20 + years of expr in the same field - MV switchgear only
