Job Description : FC CENTRAL AFRICA Finance Controller Education: CA/ICWA / CMA /CFA Exp. Required: 10+ years Key Requirements: * Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. * Expertise in Consolidation of Group Real Estate and project management companies. * Ability to do budgeting, Cash Flows and financial planning. Creating, coordinating, and evaluating the financial controls and supporting information systems. * Financial analysis of all new projects. * Manage the financial aspects of property acquisitions, sales, and developments. * Fund raising from financial institution local as well as international. * Having experience for long term funding for real estate – commercial / residential projects. * Prepare and present accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, etc.) to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
