Job Description : Plant Head to lead our injection molding operations in the rigid packaging sector EUROPE This is open to International candidates Key Responsibilities: ? Strong knowledge of Injection Molding, IML Robotics, and utility & auxiliary systems in the plastics industry ? Proven experience in rigid packaging manufacturing ? Lead cross-functional teams – Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Admin ? Proficient in SAP for plant operations & reporting ? Exposure to plant-level commercial functions ? Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in an injection molding unit Preferred Candidate Profile: ???? Leadership & Team Management – Drive performance across departments ???? Technical Expertise – In-depth knowledge of injection molding, IML robotics, and plant utilities ???? Operational Excellence – Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM ???? Strategic Planning – Align plant goals with business objectives ???? Problem-Solving – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills ???? Commercial Acumen – Budgeting, cost control, vendor management ???? Quality Management – Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and continuous improvement
