Job Description : Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Location: Hyderabad Industry: Infrastructure & Construction Offered Salary: Up to Rs. 1.00 Cr. per annum About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and transform the HR function for a reputed Infrastructure company headquartered in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will drive the people strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure HR is fully aligned with the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning to build a robust leadership pipeline Drive performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives Lead HR compliance, policies, and statutory requirements Manage industrial relations and maintain harmonious labor practices across multiple project sites Design and implement rewards and recognition frameworks and compensation structures Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management on organizational development and change management Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture that attracts and retains top talent Key Requirements: Postgraduate degree in HR / MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDHRM 25 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in Infrastructure, Construction, Real Estate, or large-scale Engineering/Projects companies Proven track record in managing multi-location workforces and large project sites Strong exposure to compliance, industrial relations, labor laws, and HR best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills Location: Hyderabad (with travel to project sites as required) If you are ready to lead the people function for a growing Infrastructure organization, we would be glad to connect with you.
