Job Description : Construction Manager - QATAR (Min of 15 - 25 years of Experience in Oil & Gas Petrochemical Age Between :- 40 To 52 Job type :- Long Term Qualification :-B E B Tech in Mechanical /Civil Engineering We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage on-site construction activities for oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance Willingness to relocate to project sites if necessary. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex problem-solving. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Monitor construction schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure construction compliance. Lead regular site meetings to provide progress updates and resolve any on-site issues. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
