The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing end-to-end hiring strategies across geographies—Middle East, Africa, and India—with deep experience in leadership and expat hiring. Key Responsibilities: ??Lead and oversee the talent acquisition strategy and execution across regions, aligning with business goals. ??Drive CXO-level and expatriate hiring in Africa and India, ensuring high-quality and culturally-aligned leadership placements. ??Partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Chemicals, Automobiles, Engineering, and Healthcare sectors to fulfill complex talent requirements. ??Manage and optimize ATS and HRMS platforms, ensuring efficient workflows and data integrity. ??Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and analytics to track hiring performance, pipeline status, and workforce insights. ??Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and timely delivery. ??
