Job Description : VENDOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER NIGERIA FOR GREENFIELD PETROCHEMICALS · Develop New Vendors based on Business Requirement · Analyze Vendors based on Product Category · Interact with C&P team · Identify Requirement of New Vendors – Need based or based on Spend Analysis · Explore Potential Vendors - Category wise and Region wise · Prepare Vendor Qualification Criteria · Qualify Vendors · Evaluate Vendor Performance · Visit Vendor Facility · Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders · Maintain Vendor List · Reporting / MIS Qualification Criteria: · Graduate Engineer plus MBA (Preferred) with good Academic · 10 years plus Procurement Experience in Hydrocarbon Industry · Experience in Vendor Development · Exposure Working in Multiple Countries · Good Organizational Skills · Strong Interpersonal Skills · Ability to Work in a High Paced Environment · Experience of Working in ERP System (Preferred)
