The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, administration, and project management. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures for EPC projects. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for project staff. 3. Employee Relations and Compliance: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 4. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance. 5. Training and Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 6. Office Administration and Logistics: Manage office operations, facilities, and logistics. Requirements: 1. 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in EPC projects. 2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Central Africa. 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to manage HR and admin functions.
