Job Description : ) Plant Operations Head -Sr Manager/DGM Location- CANADA Experience- 18+ years Role is open to International candidates Industry- Automotive Manufacturing Education-BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical /Automobile /Production Additional preferred skills/qualifications: MBA would be added advantage Note:- Plastics/ Injection molding knowledge is mandatory Role & Responsibilities: - 1. Responsible for Profit & Loss of the Plant. 2. Planning, Plant budgeting & organize and direct the organizational resources to ensure the achievement of Plant business objectives. 3. Responsible for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) 4. Analyse all processes for identification and removal non-value adding processes, bottlenecks etc) 5. Maintaining smooth relations with the customers and Labor Union 6. Should have good exposure of plastic industry. 7.Should have good knowledge of Production & Paint Shop
