Key Responsibilities: Strategic financial leadership across all business units Oversee group-level financial planning, MIS, and reporting Lead and standardize SAP implementation and process automation Ensure compliance with Nigeria regulations, IFRS, and tax laws Establish robust internal controls, audit, and risk management systems Manage treasury, working capital, and banking relations Budgeting, cost control, fund flow & capex monitoring Build capability within the finance & accounts team
