We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager (Age: 40–50) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring: ? Over 15 years of experience in battery manufacturing, preferably Lead Acid Batteries ? Proven ability to manage 200+ workforce in a production environment ? Strong knowledge of production processes, planning, and quality systems ? Solid understanding of technical and engineering aspects of battery production ? Hands-on experience with production management systems (PMS/ERP) ?
